Return & Refund Policy

We regret that we are unable to accept returns or refunds for our products. Once the crystals have been worn or utilized, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to the special qualities and energy of the stones. Please be patient with us as we work to make sure that each stone is energetically pure for our clients.

Lots of love and care goes into packaging orders for shipment, we conduct a thorough inspection of every item before sending it out. Do not hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any worries or inquiries concerning your purchase.

The exchange policy only applies to broken or defective merchandise.

 

Exchange Policy

We want to make sure that our clients receive products in good shape since we know how upsetting it can be to receive a broken product. Customers must provide an unboxing / opening video of the box and goods in order to be qualified for a replacement due to damage/ missing or incorrect item. The contents within the box as well as the state of the package before it was opened should be readily visible in this video. You must share the product unboxing/ opening video with us within 24 hrs. of receiving the product. This enables us to provide our clients with superior service and handle any problems most quickly and effectively.

We value your assistance with unboxing/ opening the video as it is a MUST to avail of the exchange policy for ordered products. Please note that any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement. Any reports made after this timeframe will not be accepted.

Please be aware that we cannot promise to repair damaged goods without an opening video.

 

Cancellation Policy

We are aware that cancellations are occasionally required. Please get in touch with our team as soon as possible to cancel your order. We only accept cancellations before the goods are dispatched, so please take note of this. Within 24 hours of receiving the order. Orders that have already been sent cannot be cancelled. We'll do everything we can to comply with your request and satisfy you as a client.

Send us a message with your Order ID and the reason you need to cancel.

Once the order is cancelled successfully, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
