We do not have the option of Cash on Delivery (COD) available, but we offer various other payment options.

Your product is ready and packed for delivery within 48 hours once the order is placed. Please note that shipping times may vary for certain products as we make fresh batches of the product as per the order (Bath Salt and Ritual Salt). This means that once you place your order, our team crafts your product specifically for you. This process may take 24 hours or more, depending on the complexity and materials of the product. Once your product is ready, we will initiate the packing and shipping process.

We have partnered with Trackon courier Pvt.Ltd. our trusted delivery partner to handle the shipping of your order with utmost care. We estimate that your order will be delivered within 5-6 business days after purchase. While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, Selene and Co. cannot be held responsible for any delays that occur after the order has been shipped. If we anticipate any delays in meeting our estimated delivery time frame, we will notify you without delay.
